How to forward your number to Qallio
Call forwarding sends your incoming calls to another number. To route calls to Qallio, you type a short code into your phone's keypad app and press Call. This guide lists every Swedish operator code, explains what each one does, and shows you how to check or remove forwarding later.
You need a Qallio number to forward calls to. If you do not have one yet, get a free number first, then come back to this guide.
In every code below, +46701234567 is only an example. Replace it with your own Qallio number.
Write the number in international format
Enter the number you forward to in international format. The Swedish leading 0 disappears when you use +46.
Keep the 0 out after +46. Writing +460... will not work.
How to enter a code
Open your phone's keypad app, type the code exactly as shown, and press Call. Your phone shows a short confirmation when forwarding is set.
The main codes
There are four cases. Pick the one that matches how you want calls handled, then use the code that matches your operator style.
1. Forward all calls immediately
Use this when every incoming call should go straight to Qallio.
Generic / Tele2 / Tre style
**21*+46701234567#Telia / Comviq style
*21*+46701234567#2. Forward calls when you do not answer
Use this when the phone should ring first, then forward.
Generic / Tele2 / Tre style
**61*+46701234567#Telia / Comviq style
*61*+46701234567#You can add a delay so the phone rings for a set number of seconds before it forwards. The example below uses 10 seconds.
Generic / Tele2 / Tre style
**61*+46701234567**10#Telia / Comviq style
*61*+46701234567**10#Allowed delay values, in seconds:
Swap 10 for any allowed value. The number before the final # is the ring time in seconds.
3. Forward calls when the phone is off or unreachable
Use this when the phone is switched off, out of coverage, or cannot be reached.
Generic / Tele2 / Tre style
**62*+46701234567#Telia / Comviq style
*62*+46701234567#4. Forward calls when the line is busy
Use this when you are already on a call, you reject the call, or the line is busy.
Generic / Tele2 / Tre style
**67*+46701234567#Telia / Comviq style
*67*+46701234567#Check your current settings
Type these into the keypad app and press Call to see which forwarding is active.

If you are not sure, the table below is a reliable rule of thumb. CODE is the two-digit case (21, 61, 62, 67) and NUMBER is your Qallio number.
| Operator | Code style |
|---|---|
| Telia / Halebop | *CODE*NUMBER# |
| Comviq | *CODE*NUMBER# |
| Tele2 | **CODE*NUMBER# |
| Tre / Hallon | **CODE*NUMBER# |
| Telenor / unknown | Try **CODE*NUMBER# |
